1. Scope of the Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase of products or services through the Company’s online platform (website, e-mail, mobile app, or other electronic means). It defines the rights and obligations of both the Company and the customer, including ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal, and complaint handling.

2. Contract Formation
• Orders placed via the website constitute a binding agreement once the Company confirms the order.
• The customer confirms that all information provided (name, address, payment details) is accurate.
• The Agreement applies to all sales executed electronically, in accordance with relevant national and international regulations.

3. Products and Pricing
• Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided on the website.
• Prices are displayed in the relevant currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The Company reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing before confirming the order.

4. Payment Terms
• Payments can be made via authorized payment providers (credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods) stated on payment terms.
• Payment details are processed securely; the Company does not store sensitive financial information.
• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. Delivery Terms
• Delivery times vary based on the customer’s location, product availability and products’ production conditions.
• The Company ensures products are packaged securely and shipped via reliable logistics partners.
• Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
• For international deliveries, customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal
• Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. This right does not apply to custom-made, made-to-order, or products with defined specifications.
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Company only if the product is defective or incorrect.
• This right does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or perishable products.

7. Returns and Exchanges
• Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted via the Company’s support channels.
• Refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Customer Obligations
• Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Comply with the instructions for product use, storage, and return.
• Ensure all accessories, documentation, and original packaging are returned if requesting withdrawal or exchange.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
• Personal data collected in connection with this Agreement will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR, KVKK, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.

10. Liability
• The Company is liable for damages caused by defective products or failure to comply with applicable laws.
• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product unless otherwise required by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey, unless otherwise specified for international customers.
• Disputes will first be attempted to resolve via mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the competent court in Turkey or the customer’s jurisdiction, depending on applicable law.
