Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country. Customs and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, returning or exchanging your items is easy and straightforward.

Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the shipping costs. For other returns, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: If you want to exchange an item, we’ll send the same product or an equivalent one depending on stock availability.

Notes:  Return and exchanges,  does not apply to custom-made products, made-to-order products, and products with clear standards.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
