Brass 45° Y-Strainer Female

Brass 45° Y-Strainer Female is a filtration fitting designed to safeguard piping systems by capturing and retaining solid particles within the flow. Manufactured from CW617N brass, it provides reliable resistance to corrosion, pressure fluctuations, and long-term operational wear.

The 45-degree Y-body design enables effective separation of debris while maintaining a stable flow path. With dual internal (female) BSP threads, the strainer connects directly to male-threaded pipes, valves, and equipment, simplifying installation and reducing the need for additional fittings.

Inside the body, a removable stainless steel mesh element traps particles such as rust, scale, and debris. The filter can be accessed through the service cap for cleaning or replacement, allowing continuous operation without full system disassembly. Its compact and serviceable design makes it suitable for installations requiring both protection and easy maintenance.
