Product Details
Butterfly Valve Manual Operated is engineered for reliable flow control and shut-off applications across water supply, infrastructure and industrial pipeline systems. The valve features a ductile iron body with full epoxy powder coating that provides superior corrosion resistance and long term operational durability in demanding environments.
The EPDM rubber seated disc ensures full contact sealing and delivers zero leakage performance across the complete pressure range. The optimized disc geometry minimizes pressure drop and improves overall system efficiency during operation.
Manual operation is performed via a handwheel or lever mechanism depending on valve size. For larger diameters DN200 and above, a gearbox operator is recommended to reduce operating torque and ensure smooth quarter turn actuation. The valve is compatible with electric and pneumatic actuators through an ISO top flange interface.
Butterfly Valve Manual Operated is suitable for above ground and underground installations and is compatible with a wide pressure range from PN10 to PN40. The flanged connection conforms to EN 1092 standards and the face to face dimension follows EN 558 Series 13 making it a direct replacement in existing pipeline systems.
