Butterfly Valve Actuator Operated is engineered for automated flow control and shut-off applications in water supply, infrastructure and industrial pipeline systems. The valve features a ductile iron body with full epoxy powder coating that provides superior corrosion resistance and long term operational durability under continuous cycling conditions.
The EPDM rubber seated disc ensures full contact sealing and delivers bubble tight zero leakage performance across the complete pressure range. The optimized disc geometry minimizes pressure drop and improves overall system efficiency during automated operation.
Actuation is performed via electric or pneumatic actuators mounted on the ISO top flange interface. The valve is designed for remote control, automated process systems and SCADA integrated pipeline networks. Quarter turn operation enables fast and precise open and close positioning with minimal actuator torque requirements.
Butterfly Valve Actuator Operated is suitable for above ground and underground installations and is compatible with a wide pressure range from PN10 to PN16. The flanged connection conforms to EN 1092 standards and the face to face dimension follows EN 558 Series 13 making it a direct replacement in existing automated pipeline systems.
