Product Details

Double Ball Air Release Valve is designed for efficient air discharge and vacuum protection in pressurized pipeline systems. The valve body, middle cover, and side cover are manufactured from high-strength EN-GJS-400 or EN-GJS-500 ductile iron, providing superior durability and resistance against mechanical stress. The internal mechanism includes a polyethylene ball system, ensuring smooth operation and long service life with minimal maintenance.

Equipped with EPDM sealing components, stainless steel shaft (X20Cr13), and brass (MS58) bushings, this valve offers reliable sealing performance and corrosion resistance in demanding environments.
