Product Details

The EAV 904 is a 2-way electric actuated ball valve designed for automated flow control in industrial pipeline systems where corrosion resistance, hygiene, and long-term durability are critical.

The valve body is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316), providing excellent resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and aggressive chemicals. This makes the valve suitable for harsh environments such as chemical processing, water treatment, food production, and pharmaceutical applications. The internal ball is also stainless steel, ensuring smooth operation, low friction, and extended service life.

The sealing elements are made of PTFE, offering excellent chemical compatibility, low wear, and reliable tight shut-off performance even under continuous operation. The valve provides full bore flow, minimizing pressure loss and ensuring maximum flow efficiency.

The electric actuator operates with 220 VAC power and drives the valve through a 90° quarter-turn mechanism. It provides stable torque output and completes open/close operations typically within 10–15 seconds depending on valve size. The actuator is designed for long service intervals with minimal maintenance requirements.

The actuator housing is rated IP65 or IP67, protecting internal components from dust and moisture, making it suitable for industrial environments.

The valve is equipped with threaded connections, allowing quick and easy installation into standard piping systems without additional flange components.

The actuator mounting follows ISO 5211 standards, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of actuators and easy replacement. The valve can be integrated into PLC and SCADA controlled automation systems, making it ideal for modern process control applications.
