Externally Pressurized Expansion Joint PN16 is a high-performance metal expansion joint engineered to absorb large axial movements in pipeline systems while maintaining maximum stability under internal pressure. This externally pressurized expansion joint design applies system pressure to the outer shell, eliminating the risk of bellows instability and allowing significantly higher expansion capacity compared to conventional designs.

The flanged expansion joint is manufactured in accordance with internationally recognized standards including EJMA (Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association) for bellows design, DIN 2401 for pressure-temperature ratings, and DIN 17440 / EN 10088 for stainless steel material specifications. Flange dimensions are produced according to EN 1092-1 / DIN PN16 standards, ensuring full compatibility with European piping systems.

The multi-layer stainless steel bellows expansion joint is protected within an external pressure housing, preventing buckling and ensuring long service life even under high load conditions. This configuration allows the unit to function as a reliable pipeline expansion compensator in long-distance and high-temperature pipelines.
