Flexible Coupling

Flexible Coupling is a high performance mechanical joint designed to provide controlled flexibility and secure sealing in pipeline systems. It allows limited axial, angular, and radial movement, effectively reducing stress caused by vibration, thermal expansion, and minor misalignment.

The flexible pipe coupling body is manufactured from high-strength ductile iron, ensuring long-term durability under pressure and mechanical loads. The sealing element is made of EPDM elastomer, offering excellent resistance to water, temperature changes, and environmental conditions, making it suitable for potable water and fire protection systems.

Flexible Coupling also know as ductile iron pipe connector is high tensile bolts and nuts ensure a tight and reliable connection, while the design enables fast installation and easy maintenance compared to rigid connection methods.
