Float Type Steam Trap Flanged

Float type steam trap is designed for continuous condensate discharge in steam systems without steam loss. Operating based on the density difference between steam and condensate, the float mechanism opens and closes automatically to ensure efficient drainage under varying load conditions.

The steam trap’s body is manufactured from high-grade ductile iron, providing excellent mechanical strength and long service life under pressure and temperature fluctuations. Internal components are made of stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and reliable operation.

This steam trap delivers stable performance even at low pressure differentials and is particularly suitable for applications requiring uninterrupted condensate removal. The flanged connection structure ensures secure installation and compatibility with standard pipeline systems.

Maximum working temperature reaches up to 250°C with a pressure rating of PN16, making it ideal for medium-pressure steam applications.
