Product Details

Galvanized Steel Water Pipes (Hot-Dip Galvanized Carbon Steel Pipes – EN 10240 / EN 10255) are manufactured from high-quality structural-grade carbon steel and produced in accordance with EN standards. These pipes are designed for water distribution systems, plumbing installations, and industrial pipeline applications, offering reliable performance in professional use.

The base material provides high mechanical strength, pressure resistance, and long-term durability, while the hot-dip galvanized zinc coating ensures protection against corrosion, moisture, and environmental effects. This combination guarantees extended service life and stable operation under demanding conditions.

These pipes are supplied with threaded ends and couplings (Threaded & Coupled – D.M.), allowing fast, secure, and weld-free installation. This connection system significantly reduces installation time and simplifies on-site assembly processes.

Each pipe is produced according to standardized dimensions widely used in European and international systems. The dimensions specified in the product options (for example Ø 33.7 × 3.20 × 6000 mm) represent one individual pipe. All pipes are supplied in a standard length of 6 meters.

Available size and technical combinations typically include:
Ø 21.3 mm – 2.60 mm, Ø 26.9 mm – 2.60 mm, Ø 33.7 mm – 3.20 mm, Ø 42.4 mm – 3.20 mm, Ø 48.3 mm – 3.20 mm, Ø 60.3 mm – 3.60 mm, Ø 76.1 mm – 3.60 mm, Ø 88.9 mm – 4.00 mm, Ø 114.3 mm – 4.50 mm (all with 6000 mm length).

When supplied as a bundle, the selected quantity represents the number of individual pipes included, not the size or length of a single pipe. For example, a bundle of 10 pipes corresponds to a total supplied length of 60 meters (10 × 6 m). Bundle quantities may vary depending on pipe diameter.

These pipes are widely used in cold water supply systems, irrigation networks, plumbing installations, agricultural water systems, and industrial pipeline applications. Their standardized design simplifies installation, storage, and logistics planning, making them a cost-effective and professional solution for contractors and industrial projects.

This product is designed for water and non-corrosive fluid applications and is not suitable for natural gas systems.
