The wedge and seat surfaces are precision machined to provide reliable sealing performance even in challenging environments such as high temperature fluids, sediment containing water, and industrial media. Compared to soft seated valves, metal seated design offers higher resistance to wear, pressure, and thermal stress.

A stainless steel stem with rolled threads ensures high strength and smooth operation, while the internal structure allows stable movement of the wedge with optimized torque performance.
