PAV 904 Pneumatic Ball Valve 2-Way (DA/SR)

PAV 904 is a pneumatic actuated 2/2 way ball valve designed for automated on/off flow control in industrial pipeline systems, offering high reliability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

The valve body and ball are manufactured from stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316), providing excellent resistance to corrosion and aggressive chemicals. PTFE seats combined with elastomer O-rings ensure tight shut-off, low friction, and broad chemical compatibility. The full bore design allows maximum flow capacity with minimal pressure drop.

The pneumatic actuator uses a rack & pinion mechanism with a 90° quarter-turn rotation at 4–6 bar air supply. Two configurations are available: Double Acting (DA) — compressed air controls both open and close operations; Spring Return (SR) — air opens the valve while a spring returns it to a fail-safe position on air loss.

ISO 5211 mounting and NAMUR interface allow easy integration with solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, and positioners for PLC/SCADA automation systems. Threaded connections enable compact, maintenance-friendly installation.
