PAV 905 Pneumatic Actuated Flanged Ball Valve

PAV 905 pneumatic actuated 3-piece flanged ball valve is designed for high-pressure industrial applications where maximum durability, serviceability, and corrosion resistance are required.

The valve features a 3-piece body construction, allowing easy disassembly and maintenance without removing the entire valve from the pipeline. This design significantly reduces maintenance time and cost in industrial operations.

The body and internal ball are manufactured from stainless steel (AISI 316), providing excellent resistance against corrosion, aggressive chemicals, and harsh environments. This makes the valve suitable for demanding applications such as chemical processing, oil and gas systems, and high-pressure industrial pipelines.

The sealing system consists of PTFE seats combined with elastomer O-rings, ensuring tight shut-off, low friction, and long service life even under continuous operation.

The valve is designed for PN40 pressure class, making it suitable for high-pressure systems.

The pneumatic actuator operates using a rack & pinion mechanism with compressed air (typically 4–6 bar), producing a 90° rotation for fast and reliable opening and closing.

Two actuator configurations are available as defined in the product variants: Double Acting (DA) and Spring Return (SR). In Double Acting configuration, air controls both opening and closing operations. In Spring Return configuration, the valve automatically returns to a predefined fail-safe position when air supply is lost.

The actuator mounting follows ISO 5211 standards and supports NAMUR interfaces, allowing easy integration with solenoid valves, limit switches, and automation systems such as PLC and SCADA.

The flanged connection complies with EN 1092 standards, ensuring secure installation and reliable sealing.

Each product variant represents a specific nominal diameter and actuator type.
