Product Details

Single Ball Air Release Valve is designed to automatically release trapped air from pressurized pipeline systems, ensuring smooth fluid flow and preventing air accumulation that may cause pressure loss, noise, or system inefficiency.

The valve body and cover are manufactured from high-strength EN-GJS-400 or EN-GJS-500 ductile iron, offering excellent durability and resistance to mechanical stress. The internal mechanism is based on a polyethylene ball, providing reliable sealing and consistent operation with minimal maintenance requirements.

This valve is primarily used for continuous air discharge during pipeline operation. Compared to double chamber valves, it offers a more compact and cost-effective solution for systems where large air discharge capacity is not required.

Equipped with EPDM sealing elements and galvanized steel fasteners, the valve ensures long-term sealing performance and corrosion resistance in various environmental conditions.
