Spring Loaded Safety Valve, Full Lift Pop Action

Spring Loaded Safety Valve (Full Lift) is designed for rapid pressure relief in industrial systems where immediate discharge is required to protect pipelines, pressure vessels, and equipment from sudden overpressure conditions.

The valve features a flanged body design, allowing secure installation in pipeline systems and ensuring stable operation under high-pressure conditions. The full lift (pop action) characteristic enables the valve to open instantly once the set pressure is reached, providing maximum discharge capacity in a very short time.

The valve body is typically manufactured from cast iron, ductile iron, or stainless steel, offering high mechanical strength and resistance to pressure and temperature variations. Internal components such as the disc and seat are engineered for durability and tight sealing under demanding operating conditions.

The spring-loaded mechanism ensures precise set pressure control. When system pressure reaches the defined limit, the valve opens suddenly to full lift position, enabling rapid pressure release. Once the pressure drops below the reset value, the valve closes securely to maintain system integrity.
