Wall Spacer Wheel

Wall spacer wheels are designed to ensure accurate concrete cover and stable positioning of reinforcement in vertical structures such as walls, columns, and shear systems. The clip-on design allows fast and secure installation onto reinforcement bars without additional fixing tools.

This product range offers a wide variety of concrete cover heights from 15 mm up to 75 mm, making it suitable for both light and heavy-duty structural applications. It supports multiple reinforcement diameters, ranging from Ø6 mm to Ø22 mm, depending on the selected variant.

The circular wheel geometry ensures continuous contact with formwork surfaces, maintaining consistent spacing and preventing displacement during concrete pouring. This design improves structural performance by eliminating uneven cover thickness.

Each size is optimized for specific rebar ranges:
15–25 mm covers for lighter wall applications with Ø6–14 mm rebar
30–40 mm covers for medium structural elements with Ø8–22 mm compatibility
50–75 mm covers for heavy-duty and high durability requirements
